This Westfalia is in excellent condition without any mechancial problems and comes with many extras such as: solar 12 volt DC magnet light that can be transferred to necessary area of use, portable fan that plugs into the lighter outlet, back up camera mounted to the dashboard, 5 disc CD changer and very good stereo speakers, attached sun and rain proof awning above the side sliding door, attachable insect screen for rear door, insect screens on all sliding windows, and curtains for all windows to ensure privacy. This vehicle has functional two burner stove, sink with electric water pump, and a 1.5 cu ft. (45 litre) refrigerator with propane/electric DC options. A propane tank is located under the left side of the vehicle for connection to the stove and refrigerator (option). In addition, water can be supplied from an external source to the sink by connecting the hose fitting installed on the outside of the vehicle or through the use of a built-in tank. An electric cord and hose for service connections are included. There is plenty of storage and closet space, as well as, two dinette tables.We are the third owners of this vehicle; according to first owner, vehicle was stored in garage, second owner also indicated it was stored and we have had it stored in garage for at least 11 months each year since purchasing it in 2007. Receipts available to indicate regular maintenance and oil changes; new windshield; new battery; two new tires and wheels balanced; replaced seals, clutch, input shaft parts; reset throttle; repaired transmission; fixed rear main seal during transmission repairs; and replaced exhaust. These maintenance items and repairs can be mechanic verified.Inspection certificate obtained when licensed in Canada in 2006 and since then only 23,423 miles have been added.
