Lowered floor, handicap ramp van, front/rear a/c.  Four Wheelchair tie down straps.  Wheelchair user can sit in front or middle.  NO FLOOD OR WRECKS! 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan.  Handicap transport van has less than 81,000 original miles.  Runs great, new starter, new a/c compressor, new battery, new strut rod shocks.  Van does have salt rust underneath, from 10 years operating in New York state.  If you'd like to see a video of the van up on a lift, just request it and we can email you the link to see a video showing in great detail underneath van. All brake lines need to be replaced. (approximately: $350-$450). Would also recommend to have underneath rust blasted, sprayed and/or brushed with an aluminum rust inhibiting coating, if available. Maybe "Rustoleum" offers similar product and possibly replacing the sub-floor.  Most expense in restoring under chassis is labor, really not too much in terms of parts. Would be a great project for a body shop owner or if you have  good connection to one who owes you a favor or might give you a family discount.
