Hello, for sale is my 1985 Mercedes 300D. It has a palomino colored interior in excellent shape. Car has 176,000 miles on it and I have recently, replaced the following items in the past 6 months. New Mercedes MB Tex front seat covers from GAHH. New window weather stripping for all doorsboth engine mounts including shocktransmission mount, drive shaft bearing and mountdrive shaft flex discs, and subframe mountsNew Bilstein shocks on all four corners, and new front wheel bearings New rear axles and sealsNew brake lines Front tie rods and center steering linkA/C serviced with new dryer and expansion valveDiesel injectors were rebuilt with Monarch nozzles, and bench tested to all pop at proper setting. Instrument cluster was serviced at Overseas Speedometer with new plastic gear on the trip odometerFuel tank was removed and professionally cleaned and resurfacedCompression test done on engine all cylinders have excellent compression, all between 370 and 380psi.Vacuum system serviced with all vacuum fittings in engine bay and doors replaced. I have also had the door panels recovered with MB Tex also sourced from GAHH. I have the original stereo, but have had a blue tooth Kenwood head unit installed for hands free mobile phone use. Headlight doors and grill insert are new as well. I drove the car from Sarasota to Baltimore over the Christmas holiday, just over 1000 miles each way, it burned only a half a quart of oil there and back. This car is a very strong driver.
