Thank for checking out my 1998 V70R in SAFFRON. Very limited to only 1,000 imported into the US. I'm sure there are much less than that by now. If you love the SAFFRON V70's you know what I mean. This vehicle is AS-IS. I am the 3rd owner of the wagon. I have had her for over 11 years and love her but with the new repairs needed, I am hoping someone will take her off my hands and fix her up. For sure a passion project, but I can't afford to spend the time nor do I have the space to do it, so I want to pass her onto someone who can. I have the CARFAX is you would like to see it. And I have the latest repair list needed. She still drives fine, but I have not taken her over 35 MPH. My mechanic says I should part with her but I hope she can go to a good home as opposed to be turned into beer cans. I may be wasting my time to try and sell her, please send me a message and let me know your thoughts. ***LIST needed as per my last visit to my mechanic:- ABS module- oil cooler lines- left side CV boots- upper torque mount- radiator hoses- lower ball joints- link rods- inner tie rodstiming belt servicepossible P/S pump & rack As you can see from the photos, there are a few cosmetic issues with her. A few years back while doing 75MPH on the 210 freeway, a semi truck blew a tire and I tried to dodge the damn shrapnel but took the tire tread nose on, metal tread towards the car. Scratched the heck out of the front bumper, tore the right ride mud flap clear off and cracked the lower runner (as in photo) then took a metal disc to the hood of the car (as seen in photo) and got nice air off the ground too. Not quite like the Duke Boys, but sure felt like it. I tried to paint up the scrapes on the nose, first starting with a matte grey…well I am not a car painter…hence the grey front bumper. The semi's tire also took out the right side driving/fog light (seen not lit in the light photo). The marks in the back are from the owner before me who pulled her baby stroller out of the back and did not think to lift it out…and of course, no one can see the SAFFRON car parked so they still hit or scraped the bumpers and marked them all up. And the wear n tear on the driver's seat…(all in photos).
