Ford's all new 1967 model is one of the most iconic American muscle cars of all time! Mechanical: Strong running, gear driven 351 WIndsor w/ the following components. Roller rockers, Edelbrock aluminium intake 4 barrel carb and fuel pump. Headers & dual exhaust w/ h pipe and new stainless tips. K&N air filter. MSD ignition & wires, Mallory Promaster coil. The engine is kept cool with an additional oil cooler as well as an electric fan. The engine bay has been detailed and includes a new battery, a Monte Carlo bar as well as new motor mounts. The engine makes good power, is easy starting and sounds very good. Mated to the Windsor is Ford's ultimate 4 Speed manual, the legendary Top-Loader! This close-ratio transmission has the best shifting characteristics of any manual I have driven. The clutch engages without chatter and has good, smooth pedal action. The Hurst shifter works flawlessly and looks very nice with the new boot, cue-ball knob and trim. The rear end is also Ford's best, and the best there is. The one and only 9" has a nice posi-traction differential with a good ratio for this Mustang on the street or on the highway. Rolling on 16" Vintage Wheel Works rims wrapped in nearly new Toyo 50 series tires, this 1967 Mustang has very good cornering and braking abilities thanks to the included power steering as well as front power disc brakes. The under carriage has been detailed and looks very nice and new weld in Global West sub-frame connectors were installed in addition to the new fuel tank and filter. Paint & Body: This 1967 Mustang retains all of it's original sheet metal and shows no signs of accidents or abuse. The radiator support and inner/outer fender aprons are wrinkle free. The trunk drop-offs, quarter panels, rockers, floor and trunk pan are all rust free and in excellent shape. The doors, hood and deck lid open and close with ease and are also rust free. The upper and lower cowl as well as the firewall are in excellent, rust free condition as are the floor supports and torque box. This is a California climate 1967 Mustang and it shows! Cypruss Auto Customs of Elk Grove was tasked with paint and body work and the work performed is spectacular! The body was brought back to metal before 3 coats of 2015 Cadillac Escalade black paint were applied, followed by 2 coats of clear coat. The surface was then blocked and buffed out to a laser straight finish that is just stunning. Panel fitment is excellent and the depth of the finish is much better than the pictures, and just look at the reflections in the pictures! The front end includes a GT grill w/ working GT lights, new hood trim molding on the functional turn signal hood, and a new chrome bumper. In back, is a GT lower rear valance, new stainless tips, GT flip down gas cap, New turn signal enclosures and chrome trim, and a new chrome bumper. New reverse light enclosures, lenses, gaskets and bulbs. All new mustang lettering all around w/ new 351 engine emblems have been installed. Interior: A new gauge cluster has been installed as well as new lenses, bulbs and the rest of the dash kit. The seats have been re-foamed and are in very good condition. The headliner is tight and has no rips or loose stitching. The dash panel, carpets and door panels are also in good condition. A new foot pump rubber and speaker grills have been installed. The addition of new door sill plates as well as the new Hurst shifter, boot, and trim really look nice! This is one of the nicest 1967 mustangs you will find, the combination of the 351 V8, Top Loader 4 speed, 9" rear end and excellent paint and body will make the new owner very happy!
