I can say with absolute confidence that this vehicle has only been used as a commuter vehicle. The first owner drove it for 32,000 miles, and was the sweetest old lady you could meet. She only used it on the highway to get to and from work. As the second owner, I only used this vehicle as a commuter vehicle to get to and from college, primarily only used on I-84. That said, the 96,000 miles is all highway miles. There has been NO mechanical issues with the vehicle thus far. The only reason I am selling this vehicle is because my father got a new car and gifting me his old car, which ironically is the same exact year/make/model, because we loved the Ford Escape that much! However, in the interest of full disclosure, the A/C seems to be losing some of its air flow, yet the A/C still works. Also, the fabric/cloth seats have seen some wear, with minor stains and some tearing at the seams in 2 spots (see photos). Lastly, the front bumper does have a crack in the front left corner, as well as tiny rough specs (please see photos). That said, this vehicle is being sold as is.
