This is Rust FREE Square Body Chevy 4x4 - 100% STREET LEGAL. I bought it in Lubbock Texas so there is ZERO rust. The truck was used for mud racing in Texas. It has many suspension upgrades as you can see from the photos. Dual Shocks, extra under body and axle plates as well as a new TH400 transmission and torque converter from my shop 36 year old shop Fort Dodge Transmission. It also had new gears in the rear end with a mechanical locking diff (4.56 ratio) 13" with 12 bolt cover). It use to have larger 18/39.5-16.5LT tires on it and you can see where they hit on the rear of the front fenders at one time (these tires are for sale in another ebay auction item#182064769168). The truck has a small Block 400 in it that was rebuild by a builder in Lubbock. Seems to run very well and strong. Engine has headers and a 4 Barrel carbs. Guessing a mild cam. Starts easy and runs good. The Michelin tires are not a match set on the front and all need replacing. (3 match and 1 is smaller size) Since this was a race truck at some point not much works for gauges. Speedo does work but the need it missing the tip.(and guessing been around once 122,xxx) Headlights & tail and brake lights do work and the truck is street legal. This is a nice running truck but is a PROJECT truck....not made for running to Walmart! Interior has a nice seat but the windshield is cracked on the passenger side and the headliner is gone. This is a project truck....it runs and drives but not too far....I drive it to and from my shop (24 miles) every now and then.
