Here is a 1997 Ford F150 Lariat step side short bed pickup. I am listing it as fair condition. This truck has had a noisy rear end the entire time we have owned it. (approx. 10 years) It has been, and continues to be a good reliable truck. The rear end may need to be addressed at some point, but it doesn't affect the drivability. Just a little noisy. The body is in good shape with no dents or rust. But there are defects in the paint on the tailgate, and a few spots starting to flake off on the roof. The air conditioner is not working. The compressor is bad. I currently have it bypassed with a shorter drive belt. The motor seems to be ok and is not burning oil, etc. The passengers window doesn't work, need a new drive assembly. The interior is fair, but the drivers seat has some rips on the seat, and the passenger seat has a rip in the backrest. I do not think the mirror adjuster control is working either. So this truck has some issues, but will make a good work or fishing truck, or what ever use you may have that doesn't require a new unblemished truck. Also the headliner will need to be replaced as it is starting to sag at the windshield. I had the tires, brakes, and front end replaced/reworked a few years ago, and it hasn't been driven that much since. So good tires 60% tread or better. The truck will be sold as is with no warranty.
