Hello, I have decided to sell the Maverick I found a few years ago. The Custom wheels not included in this listing/auction.The factory original wheels are included as shown in pics. This the direction I was going with bringing this Mavrick back to life, but I have since aquired a new toy I enjoy more than I want to complete my vision for the Mavrick. This is a completely rust free original. if it weren't for the minor body damage I would probably be keeping it and making it a race car not a body guy I don't straighten metal or do body work so here it is for the next man or woah-man with a plan. It is sold with the original factory 14's and new Michelin tires (new, not old and new tread).It has been stored 25 years. The original owner parked the car after she hit a fence post next her driveway in 1991. I found it about 4 years ago.I had it towed to my new house. New Last Month - 4 new michilens, all new fuel hose, filter, gas tank has been removed and redone, New Battery. Starts, goes in reverse and drive. I have not driven it. I just got it running and planned to put a 302 in it.Original paint fade has fade on roof. Cool kids call it patina these days.99.9% rust free, AZ original. (.1 for surface rust)No bubblin or flaking rust on the Body, No rust or "bubbles" on the underside - not at body seams, not on floors, not on rockers, not behind gas tank, no trunk rust, no rust on fuel lines, brake likes, or any nuts and bolts. NO RUST. damage on pass fender, bumper, see pics.The interior: headliner is ripped and taped up. The seats will need to be reupolstered. The dash is cracked. the carpet is good. The door panels are good, and overall the interior, is in good condition.200-1v 6 cylinder, auto. The exhaust is all good and solid.Arizona Title is clean box A, Notorized.Selling with original wheels/caps with New michilen tires. I will be adding photos of the interior and eng. Compartment and trunk and underside. I have added the clearest pictures I have of It Now. Pick-up/shipping:I have listed this in Metro Detroit Michigan because I will have it delivered for free to Detroit, or anywhere between Phoenix and Detroit for free of charge. You can pick it up in Phoenix after the auction ends, or, I will deliver it free of charge using professional car hauler between Phoenix and Detroit, Michigan. Shipping to any other region will be up to the buyer. Payment:I payed Cash for it, i would like to get cash payment for it. CASH due at personal pickup, however i realize it may be more logical to ship even with low gas prices, so only bank wire transfer is accepted if we cannot meet in person, bank to bank, prior to shipment.No form of check, money order, or paper formatw will be accepted. There is no knocking or lifter noise. I will take it for a ride this this week and report more regarding road worthiness, however I expect it to drive as good as it looks. I had planned on installing it today and updating pics of it installed with additional pics i planned to take today. The brake pedal goes nearly to the floor, so the sale is as is.
