Vehicle Detail

For sale is a 1998 BMW M3 Sedan - Automatic. With the exception of the aftermarket Alpine stereo and Bavarian Soundwerks upgraded speaker package, this vehicle is 100% stock with no modifications! This vehicle has been in zero accidents and has a clean title, which is in hand (Current Autocheck available for verification). No check engine light on the dashboard and all pixels for the onboard computer readout work. AC has had recent work and blows very cold. 239,998 Miles I am a BMW enthusiast who has owned this car for 2 years (and someone who is meticulous -- I have a spreadsheet showing every single time I put gas in this car, miles driven and MPG). Originally purchased this vehicle when I worked from home and now that I work outside of the home, purchased a commuter car and this has become a garage queen. Absolutely love the car and it runs perfectly, but I am a bit tired of shuffling 3 cars at this point in time with a young child in the house. Within the past 11,000 miles there have been more than 7K in repairs, including all of the following replacements (I have receipts for all of this work -- 95% completed by Andrew at German Motor Works in N. Scottsdale -- it is a great car and he can attest to it). Most recent oil change was on 2/15. • Air Filter • Cabin Air Filter • Power Steering Suction Hose • Power Steering Return Hose • Valve Cover Gaskets • Alternator Drive Belt • Air Condition Drive Belt • Idler Puller • Transmission Mounts • Brake Light Switch • Hood Struts • Rear Brake Pads • Rear Brake Sensor • Flex (Guibo) Disc • Alignment • 4 New Tires • All 6 Ignition Coil Packs • All 6 Spark Plugs • Fuel Level Sender • Transmission Flush (including replacement of filter) • Blower Motor Resistor • Power Steering Pump Assembly and Reservoir Fill System • Blower Motor • Gas Cap • Gas Tank Vent Valve • Pedal Travel Sensor • Battery Purchased 12/2014 • Coolant Expansion Tank • Lower Radiator Hose • Brake Booster Vacuum Valve • Intake Manifold Gasket • Injector O-Rings • T-Body Gasket • Idle Air Hose • Thermostat Housing Gasket (only repair with no receipt) • Windshield • AC has been recharged Overall, this is a pretty clean car for the mileage. A few notes to be aware of: •Fog lights are cracked •Heavy rock chips on the front (shown in picture) •Driver's Side Window Regulator is shot -- Motor is good, however. This is about a $75-$100 part (all others work) •Airbag light is on (needs to be reset as it kicked on when I temporarily unplugged it to re-align the window after the regulator went out) •Has a little bit of paint fading on the front driver fender •Front driver lock doesn't work intermittently with remote These are fun little cars to drive and their handling isn't matched by many cars on the road today.
