My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a Chevrolet Astro EXT AWD. The Chevy Astro is, in my opinion, the last "good" minivan. It has the rugged and reliable 4.3L V6 in either RWD with AWD as an option. When anyone asks me what minivan I would recommend, I always tell them to buy an Astro. I would rate the exterior of this Astro to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking van. It is finished in dark blue and shows very well for its age. In fact, the worst I can say about the exterior is that there are a few scrape marks on the aftermarket body skirting as well as some areas on that skirting around the wheel openings where the paint is chipping...this is normal. The dark blue finish has a deep, deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the VIN Tags are intact which means that all of the body panels are original. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. This van is equipped with the desirable rear lift gate. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this van looks. I would rate the interior of this van to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. This van is an Archer Custom Conversion so the inside is very nicely appointed. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The soft cushioned chairs show well and are comfortable. The front two rows are captains chairs that slide and recline. The rear is a bench. I'm pretty sure it folds flat to be a bed but I haven't figured out how to do it yet. The audio system is original and sounds good. There looks to have been a flip down TV/DVD but the screen is missing. I believe those flip down TV/DVD's are pretty universal so replacing it should be fairly easy, if you wish to do so. There also appears to be a full set of rear headphone hook-ups. I assume that is for rear passengers to listen to whatever is on the screen through the headphones. It looks like all the headphones are present. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The heater works properly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. There is also rear A/C. The power windows, locks and mirrors all appear to be working properly. This van comes with two keys, two remotes, the original owner manual, the original manual from the conversion company as well as a full set of floor mats. Pride in ownership shows throughout this van. Mechanically, this Astro appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.3L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The 4.3L Vortec engine is virtually indestructible. These vans use an incredibly simple drive train, which is why they last and last and last. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering and brakes feel good. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure, which is very important. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with no issues. The AWD system is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This is a great driving van that appears to have been very well cared for. I put new front brakes on it and how the ABS/brake lights are on. Maybe one of the sensors got bumped...who knows. The brakes work just fine. She has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of May, 2016. It has the desirable long wheelbase, AWD, rear lift gate access and an Archer Custom Conversion package...without the bubble roof. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a Chevrolet Astro EXT AWD. The Chevy Astro is, in my opinion, the last "good" minivan. It has the rugged and reliable 4.3L V6 in either RWD with AWD as an option. When anyone asks me what minivan I would recommend, I always tell them to buy an Astro. I would rate the exterior of this Astro to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking van. It is finished in dark blue and shows very well for its age. In fact, the worst I can say about the exterior is that there are a few scrape marks on the aftermarket body skirting as well as some areas on that skirting around the wheel openings where the paint is chipping...this is normal. The dark blue finish has a deep, deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the VIN Tags are intact which means that all of the body panels are original. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. This van is equipped with the desirable rear lift gate. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this van looks.
I would rate the interior of this van to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. This van is an Archer Custom Conversion so the inside is very nicely appointed. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The soft cushioned chairs show well and are comfortable. The front two rows are captains chairs that slide and recline. The rear is a bench. I'm pretty sure it folds flat to be a bed but I haven't figured out how to do it yet. The audio system is original and sounds good. There looks to have been a flip down TV/DVD but the screen is missing. I believe those flip down TV/DVD's are pretty universal so replacing it should be fairly easy, if you wish to do so. There also appears to be a full set of rear headphone hook-ups. I assume that is for rear passengers to listen to whatever is on the screen through the headphones. It looks like all the headphones are present. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The heater works properly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. There is also rear A/C. The power windows, locks and mirrors all appear to be working properly. This van comes with two keys, two remotes, the original owner manual, the original manual from the conversion company as well as a full set of floor mats. Pride in ownership shows throughout this van.
Mechanically, this Astro appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.3L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The 4.3L Vortec engine is virtually indestructible. These vans use an incredibly simple drive train, which is why they last and last and last. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering and brakes feel good. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure, which is very important. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with no issues. The AWD system is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This is a great driving van that appears to have been very well cared for. I put new front brakes on it and how the ABS/brake lights are on. Maybe one of the sensors got bumped...who knows. The brakes work just fine. She has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of May, 2016. It has the desirable long wheelbase, AWD, rear lift gate access and an Archer Custom Conversion package...without the bubble roof. Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
