Vehicle Detail
I bought this ElCo on Ebay a few months ago and parked it in the garage... I was going to use it as a street/strip car, but other things in life got in the way so it needs to go. Mild 454 BBC, Large tube Super Comp headers w/ 3 1/2 exhaust & mufflers, 400TH trans w/ B&M shifter, 4 Link braced 9 in. Ford spool with 4.11s, Willwood discs all around, Rear adj. coilovers, line loc, MSD ignition. Holly carb.... Rear tire size..275/60/15 Goodrich.. Paint shines well but will not win car shows. A few rust blisters above the rear wheel well, but can't be seen at 5 feet... Full Cage w/ driver door swing, Expired NHRA chassis cert for 8.5. Belts are expired. Glass all good. Fiberglass hood. Fuel cell ..electric pump Not street legal . Needs turn signals, brake lites hooked up. This a drag car but could easily be put back on the street..I don't know how much it weighs, so any number would be a guess. I'll try to answer all questions to the best I know, but I have not driven this car, except around the block when we first unloaded it.. I know it need front springs that I have been purchased but not installed. For those asking about the motor. Block number...10069286. That is a 4 bolt main and while underneath the car I saw the High Pref stamp in the side of the block.......Heads... 14092360. Those are small oval ports..Compression was 130 +/- 2 on all cylinders...Weiand 7544 manifold.. Lunati cam card says .527/.553 and 290/300. If you have questions...Send me an Email and I'll provide my phone #.. I don't camp on my computer and answer endless emails. The pictures are from the auction I bought it from. The car is now in the shop and lighting is poor, but if you need something specific I'll do my best to get a shot of it. Thanks for looking
