I bought this 2013 dodge dart from an insurance auto auction. This car has a rebuilt title. With a rebuilt title you can purchase tag and insurance and then you are ready to ride. When I purchase the vehicle is was a announced a flood. When I buy from an insurance auction I do not get any previous information on vehicle. I've changed the spark plugs and it will turn over. I'm getting fire but will not crank. The lights and everything electric works. There was no visible signs of water damage. The car has been setting up for several months. I don't know if it has fuel or electric problems. This car is being sold as is with no warrant. You are more than welcome to come look at before purchasing it.
