2000 Nissan Xterra everything works. Runs great, 4WD, V6 Automatic. Never been in a accident or had any engine or transmission work. History I bought this from my work, it was a fleet vehicle and I handled the maintenance when it was a fleet vehicle. I bought it 10 years ago with 109,000 miles on it. It has been my daily driver for ten years along with another vehicle that I take turns driving between the two. Selling both as a I now purchased a new car. Maintenance History from memory, besides the usual brake, tires and so on: ABS light comes on sometimes in wet weather, goes off on the next key cycle. Tires are about 1/2 worn, still good. They howl a bit because they are SUV partial off road type. I wish I would have bought regular tires because it was never used off road. 75K miles repair shop replaced cracked exhaust manifold. 190K miles A/C leak on condenser. I patched it with JB weld and it has been working past two summers and still works. Haven't done anything else to it. 210K miles Fan clutch and new belts. Power steering belt squeals briefly on start up then its OK. This is due to manual screw type belt tensioner was froze up and can't be adjusted. I have been driving it like this since summer. I have the replacement part I bought on Ebay and never got around to replacing it (Included). 210K miles New exhaust replaced by muffler shop that cost me $620 Windshield has a crack below the line of site. (original windshield I believe) Other than that pretty much original. This is a "as is" sale. Test drives available until auction ends in Holly Mi or Farmington Hills on week days.
