1960 Morris Minor covered truck. Purchased from a friend/car hoarder who did much restoration work twenty years ago then stored the truck Although stored indoors, the vehicle spent the last couple years outside thus the surface rust but NO rot. Engine was rebuilt, clutch replaced, rockers and floors skillfully repaired. There are no holes, gaps, rot out areas except for the front splash panel behind the bumper. At this time, the engine runs well. Tune up, oil and filter changed, new fuel pump installed. Runs fine off the gas tank. Tires are dry rotted and need replacement. Brakes do not work, Brake system needs to be full restored again. Back brakes do drag a bit. Trans, clutch, steering all operate well. Truck needs an exhaust system. Probably a good idea to rebuilt the carburetor but she runs OK now. Any rust noted on the frame and underside is only surface rust not rot. Seats in fair condition. Note brand new,old stock canopy cover originally purchased from British Leyland and just now installed. This canopy has never seen a drop of rain! Overall, a very desirable, worthwhile, fun, and easily restored vehicle. I do not have a title for this truck but I DO have the former owner's vehicle registration card. This usually is enough for most DMV registries. Low reserve!
