Warranty Shipping Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 deposit by credit card over the phone within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Balance of funds must be received within 3 days unless other specific arrangements are made. Acceptable Payment Methods: - if you will be picking up the vehicle in-person, we accept certified check, previously arranged financing through one of our lenders or your own lender, or bank wire. If you are paying with a certified check, it must be verified before we will release the vehicle. Many banks only verify certified checks during normal business hours, so we will need to make plans accordingly if youre using a certified check. - if the vehicle will be released to anyone other than the buyer (3rd party, transport company, etc), then the only forms of payment are a bank wire or previously arranged financing through one of our lenders or your own lender. Taxes and Fees: All transactions will be assessed a $399 documentation fee, $15 temporary registration plate fee, and Nevada inventory tax, which is calculated at 0.2355% of the sale price, regardless of where the vehicle will be registered - no exceptions. For example, a vehicle selling for $10,000 would be assessed $23.55 in Nevada inventory tax, $15 temporary plate fee, and a $399 documentation fee If the buyer of a vehicle will be registering the car in Nevada, we are obligated by the State of Nevada to collect motor vehicle sales tax at a rate of 7.725% of the sale price in addition to the aforementioned inventory tax, $15 temporary plate fee, and $399 documentation fee. If the buyer will be registering the car outside of Nevada, we do not collect NV state sales tax, and if the buyer pays for the vehicle in-full before vehicle release with no loan or lien holder, the only fees additional to the sale price that will be assessed are the aforementioned $399 documentation fee, $15 temporary plate fee, and Nevada state inventory tax (0.2355%). However, if the vehicle is financed we may be obligated by the lender to register the vehicle at the buyers respective location, collect any applicable fees and taxes for the location of registration, and apply for a lien on behalf of the lender.
