Relisting because the information I previously received was not complete or 100% accurate, so I pulled the vehicle ad and am now relisting with the most recent information I could obtain. The vehicle is currently being stored and Land and Sea RV and Boat storage in Morgan Hill, CA. Anyone who would like to view the vehicle before the end of the auction can do so. This car is not running and needs a complete restoration so it is perfect for a hot rod build, a rat rod project or frame up restoration to stock. This car drove into a field over 10 years ago and that’s where it sat until it was recently rescued. The car is almost complete except for the following items: Front bumper, front grill, steering wheel, passenger side door panel. The convertible top frame is there, but it is in need of repair and it will definitely need to have a new top installed. The rust on the car is mostly surface, but it does have some small areas that may require cutting out and repairing. When it comes to the motor, I was originally informed the motor did turn with a wrench. That was not correct… the motor does NOT turn with a wrench indicating that the motor is seized so it would need a complete rebuild, but since it’s only a 352, assuming anyone doing a resto-mod would want to bump up the HP anyways. The little old lady who sold this car misplaced the title, so the owner will file the paperwork with the DMV so that the winner of the auction will just have to take the Statement of Fact to their DMV and have the replacement title sent directly to them.
