Very well taken care of 18 year old car. All power options work as they should. Tires are in good shape, but are not new. Approximately 50% tread. The hot/cold blend air door has been updated by my Lincoln mechanic and functions properly. The electric telescopic steering adjustment functions in all directions with no issues. The car drives good with excellent acceleration. Brakes are approx. 60% pad on all 4 wheels. The chrome on all 4 factory wheels is in near perfect shape, with no peeling or corrosion present. I have 2 factory Lincoln keys and 2 factory Lincoln remotes. The rear LED does not work and will need a ballast. The headlamps have been replaced with aftermarket LED bulbs and function properly. There are 2 scratches on the passenger side. One on the door and one on the quarter. There is also a small dent on the rocker panel below the drivers door. There is a small wrinkle on the lower corner of the drivers door where it looks like someone may have opened the door into a high curb. As with most Lincoln chrome of this age, the grill is starting to peel around the edges. Other than those minor issues, the body is in excellent shape. Most of the low mile, second generation Mark VIII's I've sold have gone for well over $7,000. I have the reserve on this one set below that because of the cosmetic issues. Also, there is a dent below the passenger door, NOT below the drivers door. All vehicles sold are AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with NO warranties. All inspections need to be completed PRIOR to the end of the auction. I have done my best to describe the vehicle, but I am not an inspector or an appraiser. This is an 18 year old car, and it is going to have normal wear and tear for its age.
