Vehicle Detail

Purchased this exceedingly rare Swedish land rocket from Copart in San Diego yesterday only because I wanted the engine from it for a Viggen I already have. Upon further review, I don't want to waste such an easy fix. Just needs a bumper by the looks of the photos. You can find one right here on eBay, I just checked and found this one: eBay item number: 151380182121 So I will have to pay $20 day storage until this auction is over and just ship it from there. I will ship from Copart facility 7847 AIRWAY RD SAN DIEGO, CA 9215 Missing front bumper, but must be pretty insignificant according to all the Copart photo's. These are ALL the pictures from Copart, what you see is what I saw when I bought it yesterday, I didn't leave any pictures out. It reportedly runs and drives fine, it really does look like a cheap fix to own a rare car. I currently own two of these (a four door and a convertible) and I can tell you that these are very fast, and very rare, a good article describing these cars: Why The Saab Viggen And Volvo V70R Are The Next Great Future Classics, here's an excerpt: First, the Viggen. If you're going to name a car after a fighter jet, it had better be badass, and the Viggen certainly is. The car is a hotted-up version of the first generation 9-3, the one that debuted in the late 1990s and replaced the iconic 900 with something more modern, more streamlined, and to the chagrin of some purists, more GM-y. But the Viggen was where it was at. The car packed a 2.3-liter engine with a bigger-than-normal Mitsubishi turbo that cranked out 225 (later 230) horses and a whopping 258 pound-feet of torque, numbers that would make it competitive today. Zero to 60 mph came in the mid-6 second range, and it also boasted a host of improvements over the base 9-3 like a performance ECU tune, a more potent exhaust and intercooler, and an upgraded chassis, suspension, brakes and sports tires. MotorTrend was right in 1999 to compare it to Saab's version of the BMW M cars. Specs copied and pasted from Copart: Doc Type: CA-SALVAGE CERTIFICATE Odometer: 154,094 mi.
