1980 Chevrolet Corvette for sale. Car needs some work, and will be a small project for anyone that is interested in finishing what it needs. It is driveable, and do not let the mileage concern you because the motor is new from GM. New motor only has apporx 1,500 miles driven. Transmission shifts good but, the reverse has a little delay. Steering is good, but the power steering hose has a small leak, and needs alignment. Paint is good for its age, however there are chips and scratches and cracks in the paint here and there. Needs a new paint job to make it look nice. There is also a crack in the fiberglass in the front left side, that will need to be repaired before the paint job. Needs new window gaskets. Interior needs 15-20% work: no horn, both door panels are ok, carpet is new, the battery door is broken, the seats have new covers, some gauges in the center dash are not functioning, speedometer cable is broken, passenger window is slow going up, but they go up and down with switch. Wipers work just have to play with the cables. Lights do not go up with the switch but they do turn on and go up manually, 90% new tires, new aftermarket dual exhaust system, *No AC, Doors do not lock.
