2005 Mustang GT DELUXE PREMIUM SHAKER 500 Please read everything before bidding!!!!! Car needs some work!!! Mechanical or electrical work!!!! Car needs some work!!!! Car needs some work!!!! Car needs some work!!!! Car runs and drives but its stuck in one gear I recommend to trailer or tow the car to avoid further damage. READ BELOW!!! A little over 40K miles Car is 10 years old so please expect some flaws Car has rear scoops molded into the body The hood scoop was molded NOT original The rocker panels are molded to the body as well Car was repainted at some point and that's the way I got it Car has an "H" pipe and aftermarket air filter Engine sounds amazing!!!! 20'' inch new boss wheels with new tires less the 100 miles Tires are 245/35/20 Fresh alignment Fresh oil change New antifreeze New brakes and rotors all the way around Front seats have wrinkles and normal cracks Front driver seat has a rip about the size on a quarter rear seat its in good shape car has a hand full of paint imperfections Car has a shaker system Clean Kentucky title Clear title.... no liens NON of the mods listed above were done by me with the exception of the tires and the wheels and all the fresh maintenance stuff... all the body mods were done by the previous owner and the H pipe as well. NOW FOR THE BAD: The air bag light on dash its flashing. I took the car to get the tires and wheels installed last week and when I got the car back its stuck in one gear.... transmission wont shift at all. the tire place says they didn't do anything but car was running fine prior to that. When you press the overdrive button on the shifter it kills the car completely but it will start again just fine so Im assuming its something electrical or a relay but Im not a mechanic so check the car before you bid or buy. Assume worse case it needs a transmission replaced you can get one on ebay or car-part.com for around $700 - $800 and most shops will do the labor for around $500 This car was going to be someone's gift for xmas but things didn't work out and now the mechanical/electrical issue and at this point I just want to get rid of the car. Similar cars are going for around $10K - $13K so here you have a chance to get one for a cheaper price. The reverse works Car starts and runs on its own The car drives but its stuck either in 3rd or 4th gear and will not shift Obviously I wont drive it long distance to avoid any further damage but it will roll enough to get it on a trailer. Not sure what happen car was running prior getting new tires and wheels couple weeks ago so the shop must to mess up a sensor or harness, relay or something. While driving if you press the O/D button it will kill the car all together but will start again.... so something electrical my guess but do your homework
