Car is in excellent condition, was repainted in 2005 and received a new Targa top at that time. It has been garaged ever since and only driven on clear days from late spring until mid fall. There is no under-body rust. The engine has the updated chain tensioners and CIS airbox protection. Engine and transmission are original. I have owned this car for the past 20 years since it had 38,000 miles as the second owner. I had the original clutch replaced at 120,000 miles. The car does have air conditioning although 911s never have had any great reputation for cooling on the hotter days. Currently the front cooling fan mounted in the front fender needs replacing so the system is not presently charged. The car was completely serviced with Mobile One and is good for another 5K miles. The car is now in the vintage category and the overall value should continue to increase. It is available to be driven by prospective buyers, a front "bra" goes with the car. Transport or shipping can be arranged at the buyers expense after sale although the car is highway drive-able. This car is the third 911 I have owned and it has bee the best.
