WHAT IS THIS?This listing is for my 2001 Infiniti QX-4 in Burgundy with around 238,0000 miles. This SUV did serve me well over the years. This is the ultimate Mechanic's Special, as the Engine has died. The way it sits right now, the car would need to be towed in order to move. Currently the battery has drained due to it sitting, but if you charge and start the engine, you will notice a big knocking sound in the engine. To repair, either a new or used engine will be needed. It features 4WD, Xeon headlights, power power seats, steering, windows, moonroof, roof rack, Bose 6CD stereo and Cassette deck, driver/passenger air bags, leather seats, and since it's that time of year again where 4WDs become in demand, this is a good candidate for repair if you can get the parts cheap enough or just part it out. I did replace the alternator a few years back as well as radiator, control arms, joints, and bushings. I do have some years worth of maintenance receipts & oil changes. Outside of it being inoperable, some other problems issues to note are: Safety and Emissions are expired. Right corner bumper has dent/crumple from hitting pole in parking lot. Headlights/fog lights don't work Temperature sensor reading in rear view mirror display is not working right Small chip in the windshield Driver Sun Visor is broken off, but I have the piece still Interior Driver side seat leather is worn/tearing. Back leater seats also have wear/light tearing Needs 4 new tires Breaks work, but they are due for a change It seems like a lot, and it may be a lot, but I wanted to list everything so there would be no surprises. The paint is generally in good shape. Just a few spots where the clear coat has worn a bit and some general scuff/scrapes in the pait under the door handle and on the lower body panels.
