It was last ridden in 1982 before we restored it. Our restoration process is an assembly line-style process that includes the following: -Brand new Shinko 712 series tires and tubes -Front forks disassembled and cleaned out, old fork seals replaced and filled with new 30 wt. fork oil -New D.I.D. 630 drive chain -Front brake caliper was disassembled, honed / sanded out, caliper seal replaced; brake line ultra-sonic cleaned & blown out, front master cylinder rebuilt, refilled with new Dot3 fluid, properly bled and adjusted -New clutch cable -New battery -All wiring was removed, thoroughly cleaned and redone -Carburetors were ultrasonic cleaned, rebuilt and properly synchronized -New petcock, fuel lines and fuel filter -Oil was drained and replaced, oil filter replaced -New NGK D8EA spark plugs and spark plug boots -Ignition timing and engine valve clearances adjusted and set to correct factory spec -All electrical tested and working perfectly, charging system works perfeclty All paint is original, plastic side covers are also original and do have breaks / cracks in them.
