GREAT BARN FIND This 1983 Honda XL185S was recently found in a barn by a friend of mine. He was able to buy it, took it home, cleaned out the carburetor and put in fresh gas and it started right up. Starts, runs, and rides perfect. The original owner took the speedometer off for some unknown reason and it is still missing (as you can see in the pictures). My friend was told by the original owner's family that it had been ridden very little. There is a small dent in the gas tank on the left side (see picture). Other than that, it is in amazingly good and original condition for its age (1983). I took this bike in on trade for a personal car of mine that I was selling and allowed $1500 for it as that was the going price for this bike in this condition.
