Up for auction is my 2006 BMW M3 convertible. I haven't owned it long; I'm selling it because it was just a toy for the summer. It runs very well, the top is in excellent condition and works great, and this car is a blast to drive, whether the top is up or down. It has the premium cinnamon leather, a rare combo with the black exterior. The leather is in excellent condition. Features: Heated seats, CD, auxiliary input (although I never bothered to use it so I don't know how it works), power memory seats, cruise, power windows and mirrors, adjustable steering wheel, Harmon Kardon speakers, and a bunch of other extras. The motor makes 333hp and 262ft-lbs at peak. For the sake of transparency, some issues: One fog lamp face is cracked, the other is missing the housing. The glove box is electronic and is stuck closed. The windshield has a chip in it less than the size of a dime. The e-brake won't grab well so I keep it in reverse while parked to make sure the car doesn't roll. The paint and wheels, while very good, do look like a car this age would. So it's not a carpet queen, but overall this car is in very good condition and I have been very pleased with it. *NOTE on car history: this car has been reported stolen, and then recovered. The previous owner filed the report after his gardener took it for a joyride. Regardless, the car is in my possession, legally, with a clear Tennessee title that goes to the highest bidder. The car isn't for sale locally so bidding is your best option. But if someone locally finds out I'm selling and makes a compelling cash offer then I will end the auction and sell the car.
