My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1998 Ford Mustang GT convertible. I would rate the exterior of this Mustang to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The black exterior shows well overall but does show some age here and there. This Mustang appears to have a Saleen style body kit, which adds an aggressive look to the car. Unfortunately, the body kit doesn't look the best. The paint is not nice on the body kit and looks rough at spots. On one of the doors, the plastic door molding is missing. It is loose on the other door and will need replaced. The body lines are straight and everything opens and closes easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The convertible top shows well and works properly. With the top down, you can see the matching style bar with integrated brake light. The alloy wheels are the optional factory 17" alloys. The tires look good all around. Please take your time to read this entire description very carefully. I would rate the interior of this Mustang to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The dash and interior liner of the top show well. The front seats show some visible wear but are comfortable. The power windows, locks, mirrors and top all work properly. The audio system is the original Mach 460 Premium sound with cassette and CD, which sounds fine. The heater works well. It has been a little too cold to test the air conditioner. The trunk is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this Mustang will need some help. The 4.6L V8 starts easily but runs with a mis. I didn't see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. I changed the plugs and wires but the misfire is still there. It is isolated to cylinder #4. Her road manners are actually really nice. The suspension looks to have been upgraded with a full Hotchkis suspension which give the car an aggressive stance and dramatically increases handling. The steering and brakes feel good, too. The engine keeps excellent oil pressure and perfect temperature at all time. The check engine light is on, obviously. The exhaust is aftermarket and sounds good. She actually drives pretty well. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. I don't know what to make of the misfire. When the spark plug and wires didn't fix it, I gave up. I'm assuming it's a compression issue of some sort. There are no knocks, taps or smoke...it seems to be able to run and drive on 7 cylinders indefinitely. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. She has a current PA safety inspection good through the end of July, 2016. This car is obviously a mechanical project of some sort...but it does seem like it can be driven without issue so you shouldn't have to tow it. I already have an 88 t-top with a huge pile of parts for a Windsor based engine. If I didn't have so much into my FoxBody, I'd probably keep this for myself and have some fun with it. Mileage is shown as 999,999 because the odometer shows 31,XXX miles...which I know is incorrect. It will be sold TMU. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1998 Ford Mustang GT convertible. I would rate the exterior of this Mustang to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The black exterior shows well overall but does show some age here and there. This Mustang appears to have a Saleen style body kit, which adds an aggressive look to the car. Unfortunately, the body kit doesn't look the best. The paint is not nice on the body kit and looks rough at spots. On one of the doors, the plastic door molding is missing. It is loose on the other door and will need replaced. The body lines are straight and everything opens and closes easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The convertible top shows well and works properly. With the top down, you can see the matching style bar with integrated brake light. The alloy wheels are the optional factory 17" alloys. The tires look good all around. Please take your time to read this entire description very carefully.
I would rate the interior of this Mustang to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The dash and interior liner of the top show well. The front seats show some visible wear but are comfortable. The power windows, locks, mirrors and top all work properly. The audio system is the original Mach 460 Premium sound with cassette and CD, which sounds fine. The heater works well. It has been a little too cold to test the air conditioner. The trunk is spacious and clean.
Mechanically, this Mustang will need some help. The 4.6L V8 starts easily but runs with a mis. I didn't see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. I changed the plugs and wires but the misfire is still there. It is isolated to cylinder #4. Her road manners are actually really nice. The suspension looks to have been upgraded with a full Hotchkis suspension which give the car an aggressive stance and dramatically increases handling. The steering and brakes feel good, too. The engine keeps excellent oil pressure and perfect temperature at all time. The check engine light is on, obviously. The exhaust is aftermarket and sounds good. She actually drives pretty well. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. I don't know what to make of the misfire. When the spark plug and wires didn't fix it, I gave up. I'm assuming it's a compression issue of some sort. There are no knocks, taps or smoke...it seems to be able to run and drive on 7 cylinders indefinitely. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. She has a current PA safety inspection good through the end of July, 2016. This car is obviously a mechanical project of some sort...but it does seem like it can be driven without issue so you shouldn't have to tow it. I already have an 88 t-top with a huge pile of parts for a Windsor based engine. If I didn't have so much into my FoxBody, I'd probably keep this for myself and have some fun with it. Mileage is shown as 999,999 because the odometer shows 31,XXX miles...which I know is incorrect. It will be sold TMU. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
