NO RESERVE I am the 3'rd owner of this beautiful and the very low milage last year of this 1989 BMW 635CSi. The car was always in California where it was bought in Newport beach and lived in Southern California till 2013 in which time it was purchased by it's previous owner whom drove it about 2K miles near Baltimore, Maryland in Odenton. So the car mostly sat around. I bought the car and brought it over back to California last month. I got a smog check and it passed with awesome numbers like a new car. The car runs and shifts smoothly, the paint and body have no damage and even the front spoiler is not broken. Thepaint shows normal wear and tear like a few chips on the hood and fenders which are expected and shows normal wear and tear consistant with a 100K mile car. That being said, it not tacky, but is not show condition either. All things including all lights, power windows, power antenna and even the Air-condition and heater work great. Everything works, no surprises. It has the very rare optional 16" BBS wheels accessory with the center caps screwing on and off to tighten and loosen which were offered by the selling dealer in Newport beach when the car was new. Just the wheels alone are worth close to $3,000 I replace a few items for preventative maintenance and made some improvements: 1-complete refresh and replace the Thermostat and Gasket 2-Drained the cooling system completely of any water and filled and bled the system with 2.5 Gallons of the "Evans Waterless Coolant" which runs $40 a Gallon so no more maintenance needed with the cooling system for the next 10 years (since it is good from -40 F to 375 F) 3-Synthetic oil change with 15W-50 Mobil-1 and filter change 4-The driver seat's bottom Cushion's leather was coming off at the seams, so I had the piece changed with factory quality leather by Devine custom interiors in Pittsburg, CA 5-Replaced all 4 tires with new tires 6-Replaced the old Sony CD player with Pioneer BT6800 series with Bluetooth, Bluetooth audio, USB and plug in App play.
