My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2002 Mercedes-Benz S430 with just 92k miles. I will begin by saying that I have put the last 2,000+ miles on this S430. I bought it off of a large used car retailer's wholesale manager who used this as his personal car for the 10,000 miles previous to my ownership. I would rate the exterior of this S430 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a gorgeous sedan. It is finished in classic Mercedes silver over black leather interior. The silver finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few rock chips on the nose and other minor imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. You'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this S430. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All the trim is intact and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The only corrosion visible on the exterior of this S430 is a small spot hiding behind the side molding behind the LR door, which is pretty good for a W220. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of Continental's with good tread all around. Pride in ownership shows throughout this Mercedes-Benz. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Mercedes to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. Also, a full set of factory floor mats are included. The power windows, mirrors, sunroof, seats and central locks all work properly. Both front seats are power operated and heated. All of the interior wood veneers show well, which indicates that this S430 has spent most of her life in a garage. The power rear sunshade raises and lowers smoothly and easily. The audio system is the original radio, cassette, CD and NAV integrated unit which works properly. The stereo sounds great through the BOSE speakers. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. The climate control system is fully automatic and works great. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. The trunk is spacious and clean. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this Merc. She comes with a full set of books as well as 3 keys! Mechanically, this S430 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.3L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly.. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The AirMatic suspension works perfectly and never sags. The steering and brakes feel good, too. Like I said earlier, I've personally put the last 2,000+ miles on this S430 with absolutely no complaints. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights or warning messages on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. I'd drive this car anywhere without hesitation. What's more, my personal average fuel economy for mixed driving is 26mpg. I've not taken her on a trip long enough to run a whole tank through on the highway but I suspect that straight highway economy would be somewhere north of 30mpg. This S430 has a newer PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of September, 2016. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2002 Mercedes-Benz S430 with just 92k miles. I will begin by saying that I have put the last 2,000+ miles on this S430. I bought it off of a large used car retailer's wholesale manager who used this as his personal car for the 10,000 miles previous to my ownership. I would rate the exterior of this S430 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a gorgeous sedan. It is finished in classic Mercedes silver over black leather interior. The silver finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few rock chips on the nose and other minor imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. You'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this S430. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All the trim is intact and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The only corrosion visible on the exterior of this S430 is a small spot hiding behind the side molding behind the LR door, which is pretty good for a W220. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of Continental's with good tread all around. Pride in ownership shows throughout this Mercedes-Benz. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would rate the interior of this Mercedes to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. Also, a full set of factory floor mats are included. The power windows, mirrors, sunroof, seats and central locks all work properly. Both front seats are power operated and heated. All of the interior wood veneers show well, which indicates that this S430 has spent most of her life in a garage. The power rear sunshade raises and lowers smoothly and easily. The audio system is the original radio, cassette, CD and NAV integrated unit which works properly. The stereo sounds great through the BOSE speakers. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. The climate control system is fully automatic and works great. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. The trunk is spacious and clean. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this Merc. She comes with a full set of books as well as 3 keys!
Mechanically, this S430 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.3L V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly.. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The AirMatic suspension works perfectly and never sags. The steering and brakes feel good, too. Like I said earlier, I've personally put the last 2,000+ miles on this S430 with absolutely no complaints. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights or warning messages on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. I'd drive this car anywhere without hesitation. What's more, my personal average fuel economy for mixed driving is 26mpg. I've not taken her on a trip long enough to run a whole tank through on the highway but I suspect that straight highway economy would be somewhere north of 30mpg. This S430 has a newer PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of September, 2016. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.

We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
