I'm literally crying as I type this but I am selling my rare convertible 2000 Ford Mustang Saleen S281 Supercharged. Bumper number #701. This is my baby and has been babied. This car is a 1 of 1 with the LOA to prove it. It has been signed by Steve, Liz and Molly Saleen. Tuned by Dan @ Pro Dyno in SC and will come with the handheld SCT tuner. It will also come with all the original parts that I took off except the CAI that I do not have anymore. It has the rare Chicane CAI installed on it now. Just over 43,600 miles on the odometer. I bought this car when it had 28,000 in NC. It has been garaged 100 percent of the time. I give the exterior a 7/10 and the interior 8/10. The exterior is needing the body kit repainted as with fiber glass is hard to maintain. The interior is in excellent shape but there is one small slight rip on the passenger side seat which can be repaired. Mind you these seats are rare too. I don't drive this car much anymore. It just sits in the garage. It will come with a 2/way 800 dollar Viper alarm which I still have the receipt for. I have the Saleen windscreen with it also. Everything works perfect. The convertible top is in excellent condition. It pushes 317 HP/384 TQ with the Series 1 supercharger and sounds amazing with that whine! I have added the 3.73 gears after the it was dynoed so I'm sure its more than 317 as of now. This car is car show ready and has a standup plaque to show people in the shows. Comes with LOA and more goodies to show in a car show. Everything is stock besides the taillights and some engine mods. The mods are below. Just recently won second place at the Anna Balloon Festival Car Show for the total of 2/4. Whoever gets this car, will own a rare and excellent car. Perfect for Christmas!! Just replaced a new Saleen Intercooler reservoir tank and sway bar end links. This thing handles like no other I have ever owned and I had a Cobra and a Roush previously.
