1968 Ford Thunderbird Landau fully loaded with 429 Big Block Thunderjet. Only 4,600 were produced with the bucket seats and very few remain. This is a very hard car to find.This car gets an amazing amount of attention at shows and when driven. Everyone loves looking at it because they've never seen it. People take pictures everywhere you go, and we get endless thumbs up on the road! - Factory air (not charged) - Power windows - Power locks (vacuum) - Power seat - 429 Thunderjet 7.0 - Power antenna - Power steering - Rear privacy screen - Suicide doors - Flip up headlights - Original receipt from dealer - Original manual and warranty book Average book value is $16,700. This is considering that it has bench seats (which 17k produced had). This one has the rare factory power buckets (only 4,600 total produced). Car is all original in exception to the 18" wheels (original wheels and hubcaps are included). This includes original paint, vinyl top, seats in perfect original condition, motor, trans, carpet, etc. New Parts installed less than 50 miles ago: - Rebuilt carburetor - True dual Flowmaster exhaust - High performance electric fuel pump - Rear air shocks - Front shocks - Oil pressure sending unit - Temperature sending unit - 18" wheels and tires - Plug wires - Spark plugs- Original wheels and hub caps included Car has a slight hesitation when cold that goes away once warm. I believe it is the vacuum choke. I would convert it to electric choke if I was to keep it. Sometimes "diesels" after a drive.
