I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very clean 2003 Mercedes-Benz C320 4Matic sedan with just 130k miles. I would rate the exterior of this C320 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a gorgeous sedan. It is finished in black over black interior with professionally tinted windows and black accented aftermarket wheels, which gives this Mercedes a great look. The worst I can say about this car is that there is some peppering on the nose from highway use...nothing out of the ordinary for an older car. You may not be able to see it in the photos, but it is there. Otherwise, the black finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. There is hardly a scratch or blemish to be found. What's more impressive is that there is no rust or corrosion visible on the body. All of the body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. As I mentioned earlier, the windows have been professionally tinted and look great. The 18" alloy wheels look great and are wrapped in a matching set of rubber wtih good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptionally nice this Mercedes looks. I would rate the interior of this C320 to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The worst I can say about the interior is that the drivers inside door pull bar is loose at the top. This is something the C-Class cars of this generation are known for...no biggie. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are clean and show well throughout the interior. This C320 has the factory Sport Package, which adds the silver trim to the interior. The silver Sport trim looks great and is fully intact. The dash and headliner are clean. The black leather seats show very well and are extremely comfortable. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The optional power rear sunshade also raises and lowers smoothly. The original audio system has been upgraded with a full touch screen Alpine multi-media audio/GPS system which looks great and appears to be working properly. I'm sure the Alpine head unit alone cost the original owner well over $1,000. The stereo sounds great and I haven't even begun to figure out everything that Alpine unit can do. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. Pride in ownership shows throughout this little Merc. Mechanically, this C320 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 320 is the top of the range model (with exception of the AMG edition) and comes with the big V6, which makes this C320 quite a stout performer. The engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and confident. The brakes and steering feel good, too. The engine makes good power and performs well. There have been no idiot lights or warning messages on either. Power is put to the wheels through Mercedes' proven 4Matic AWD system, which makes this car an impressive performer in all conditions. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with absolutely no issues. The 4Matic AWD system is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you've been looking for a clean, well optioned C-Class that hasn't been all used up, this C320 4Matic definitely deserves your serious consideration. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very clean 2003 Mercedes-Benz C320 4Matic sedan with just 130k miles. I would rate the exterior of this C320 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a gorgeous sedan. It is finished in black over black interior with professionally tinted windows and black accented aftermarket wheels, which gives this Mercedes a great look. The worst I can say about this car is that there is some peppering on the nose from highway use...nothing out of the ordinary for an older car. You may not be able to see it in the photos, but it is there. Otherwise, the black finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. There is hardly a scratch or blemish to be found. What's more impressive is that there is no rust or corrosion visible on the body. All of the body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. As I mentioned earlier, the windows have been professionally tinted and look great. The 18" alloy wheels look great and are wrapped in a matching set of rubber wtih good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptionally nice this Mercedes looks.
I would rate the interior of this C320 to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The worst I can say about the interior is that the drivers inside door pull bar is loose at the top. This is something the C-Class cars of this generation are known for...no biggie. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are clean and show well throughout the interior. This C320 has the factory Sport Package, which adds the silver trim to the interior. The silver Sport trim looks great and is fully intact. The dash and headliner are clean. The black leather seats show very well and are extremely comfortable. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The optional power rear sunshade also raises and lowers smoothly. The original audio system has been upgraded with a full touch screen Alpine multi-media audio/GPS system which looks great and appears to be working properly. I'm sure the Alpine head unit alone cost the original owner well over $1,000. The stereo sounds great and I haven't even begun to figure out everything that Alpine unit can do. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. Pride in ownership shows throughout this little Merc.
Mechanically, this C320 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 320 is the top of the range model (with exception of the AMG edition) and comes with the big V6, which makes this C320 quite a stout performer. The engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and confident. The brakes and steering feel good, too. The engine makes good power and performs well. There have been no idiot lights or warning messages on either. Power is put to the wheels through Mercedes' proven 4Matic AWD system, which makes this car an impressive performer in all conditions. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with absolutely no issues. The 4Matic AWD system is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you've been looking for a clean, well optioned C-Class that hasn't been all used up, this C320 4Matic definitely deserves your serious consideration. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.

We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
