You are viewing a classic 1967 Austin Healey “Mark IV” Sprite with a 1275cc engine. Odometer at 70,3xx. This is a fine example of a 1967 Austin Healey Sprite Mark IV convertible. It runs, drives and shifts great, and is fun to drive. The transmission shifts smoothly, doesn't make unusual noises or pop out of gear. Lights, directional signals, horn, heater blower, and windshield wipers all work. The car steers true and the brakes function properly. Emergency brake works fine as well. The chrome is good, and glass is tip-top. No rust. Garage kept and only driven in dry conditions. Paint is very shiny and healthy. As with most British cars, it does have a slight oil leak at rear of oil pan. Interior is in excellent condition. All instruments and switches in proper working condition except tachometer (included, but not working). Seats look like new. Window cranks and door opening mechanisms work fine. Comes with a soft top and removable hard top, both in average condition. Tires are in good shape. While this was not a total restoration, the engine, transmission, suspension, and electronics have all been gone through to assure safety and reliability. While restoring and reassembling car, following new parts installed in last 18 months: Painted British racing green from original white. New fuel tank and fuel lines. New clutch, clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder. Newer chrome throughout Modified bumpers New battery New muffler and exhaust system New belts, hoses and filters New carpet New side and door panels New windshield New rubber trim New heater core and heater box New door check straps New seat runners New mirrors New pedal rubbers Other new parts Comes with manuals and box of parts from restoration. Comes with a clear Michigan title. Sold in "as is" condition with no warranty expressed or implied. Inspections are strongly encouraged prior to end of auction.
