Be smarter than the last guy!!! His loss could be your gain! I sold this car on here a couple of weeks ago however the buyer never came through with payment and never had any contact with me after he won the auction. Here is a great project car. It is a rare 1954 Ford 2 Door Mainline built in St, Paul M.N. with a clean title and keys. Under the hood, the engine is a 115hp OHV straight 6 cyl. bolted up to a three speed manual transmission. This car does not run and has been sitting for a number of years. It is ready for a new home with someone that will finish what someone started and make this car whole again. The body, as you can see, was started on. This was done by someone before I got ahold of it, but I will tell you what I see. The hood, roof, left fender, right fender seem to be in good repairable shape. The doors have surface rust on the outer skins but the inner bottom of the doors have rust holes. Outer rockers have some minor surface rust; also very repairable . The chrome was all removed on the left and right quarter panels, and as the photos show the person tried to fill in the holes for the chrome retainers will body filler. The filler is falling out. Someone could replace the chrome or weld the holes closed then follow with filler . The deck lid has a dent in about the center but very repairable. The inside of the rockers are dirty but seem to be pretty free of rust. The firewall seems to be in very nice shape as well. The floor has some rust holes. The frame seems to be straight and in good shape. All four tires hold air. There is damage to the front grille as well as the hood latch support, but I do have a replacement hood latch support. Both front and rear bumpers are missing. Both doors and deck lid outside key cylinders are missing. Both tail lights are missing. The glass the RT 1/4 glass and back glass and maybe the LT door glass seem good the rest have cracks in them. On the inside, the dash seems to have all it's parts the seat frames are there but the carpet and fabric has been removed.
