For sale is a 1966 Pontiac Tempest 3 speed column shift, 207hp, and Quadajet 4-bbl. I am the second owner of this car, and has been in the family for awhile now. Car is all original, besides the gauges, and after market radio added, but all are easily removable no permanent changes were made. Car has been kept well maintained indoors, covered when outside, and runs great with no problems. I still have the original owners manual I have the original manufactures sticker that was on the window an the dealership lot that was on this car back in 1966 I have the original purchase dealership contract sales paper when it was purchased back in 1966 I have the original certificate of title from the DMV issued in 1966 I have the original tire rims from 1966 I am selling vehicle due to new family member on the way and would like to think about getting a family car. I am selling this tempest because I would like to and not because I have to, with that being said. I have put some money in this car and I am not going to get what I put into back out but thats ok. As long as I get a good price for it. I seen other auctions not half as nice as this car and there asking for $10k for there Pontiac I don't hardly see this type of Tempest, 1966 with this motor all too often not even on Ebay US wide. In this good condition, makes it a bit rarer and adds value. What I love about this car is the 3 speed column shift, if you like muscle cars, could drop a bigger motor and have this manual transmission at your finger tips, be sweet.. Even if you don't know how to drive 3 speed column shift.. (I can't drive reg manual transmissions) but I learned years ago how to drive this one, and its quite easy once you learn the gear location(s) Car run and looks great, no problems with oil, or fluid. Only a few minor flaws, see last 3 pictures after documents, chip in paint, ect.
