This vehicle represents the pinnacle of German engineering, and is a rare example of well maintained low mile masterpiece. I am regrettably selling this car because my new job requires me to drive into NYC 5 days per week. I have already purchased another vehicle and only using this car on the weekend these days. I am the second owner and bought the car with around 36k miles. This car has been a real passion to drive, and who ever purchases it will be very lucky. The car now has 38,000 miles and drives like a dream The car has been tastefully modified with the following: -PSE mod exhaust (replicating the sound of the Porsche Sports exhaust -- a $2400 option). Exhaust sound is subtle while cruising -- but opens up at higher RPM's or fast acceleration. Sounds just as a Porsche should. (Search YouTube for 997 PSE exhaust for a sound clip) -Carrera S Quad Exhaust tips. -Rear end conversion to 997.2, using parts from a 2011 Porsche Carrera. Unlike the cheap aftermarket LED taillights most people place on their 997.1's, all Porsche original parts were used on this car. The LED tail light and rear bumper are original Porsche parts. -ROTTEC Front LED turn signal/fog lights -Brand new clutch at 36k miles! Note: this car has a rebuilt title due to sitting in a parking garage that had a minor fire -- damaging only the exterior of the car. Due to the heat, the windshield was cracked, and a few of the plastic components were damaged (windshield wipers, side view mirror cover, rear bumper cover, rear tail light). All of these parts were replaced with brand new parts from the Porsche dealer. I have pics available of the car with the "damage" (last few pics on the listing show the "damage" from when I first bought it)Because the bumper/tail lights were damaged, I decided to upgrade the rear end to the 2011 Porsche Carrera 997.2 taillights using original Porsche parts. It was issued a rebuilt title in the state of NY and I have been driving it happily for the past one and a half years. *The new owner WILL NOT have to go through any hassle of inspections etc. You can register this vehicle the same way you would any other car with a clean title!
