1961 pre-unit Triumph TR6 Tiger, 650cc parallel twin, rare duplex frame, numbers-matching California title, not currently registered last registered 2010; external spring fork with 19" drum brake wheel, 16" rear rim, no rear drum. Engine has polished side covers, rocker boxes and single carb head, no broken fins, cylinder needs a bore/hone to clean it up, stock set of pistons & new rings included. Engine turns over perfectly but I have not disassembled, cams bushings are tight, rods are good, bottom end feels good, magneto looks good, 4 speed trans shifts fine. I have not had the covers off either engine or transmission. Duplex frame has been raked, bolt-on rigid tail section, aftermarket sportster tank, aftermarket triumph hex oil tank, seat and fender not mounted. Includes stock headlight & fork covers, stock wiring harness, bars, throttle tube and clutch lever. This is a project bike, not running, needs work to complete. Comes with what you see in the pics and a box of some bolts & misc engine pieces. Prefer local pickup, but I can box & ship at your expense or work with your transportation company.
