You are bidding on a 2001 BMW 740IL. It is in excellent condition cosmetically. With 18" 'M' Wheels. Everything works as it should, ice cold a/c, full screen navigation, power windows, rear window shade, brand new tires all around, brand new brake rotors and pads with sensors, brand new bosch battery, very clean interior and xenon headlights. The rear drivers side door has a chrome trim that is loose. No motorola phone Mechanically, it is still a strong running car and handles nicely for the year. Here are what needs attention...car failed emissions about 3 years ago, autozone checked the service engine soon light and said I needed to replace the cam position sensor which I did, just never replaced both. Service engine light is still on. The front wheels shimmy between 40 and 50 MPH...Thrust control arms need replacing. Loose OBD connector. I decided to park it and fix at a later time but never got around to fixing. A little time and money and you will have a clean driving machine with under 110,000 miles. Rare exterior color. I drive it around for a bit every 3/4 months and it starts up like a champ. I keep a battery trickle charger on it so it stays charged. It also comes with a spare 'M' parralel wheel.
