Up for auction is a 1965 Mustang, that a according to the VIN was black exterior with red crinkle interior, 6 cylinder and manual transmission. It also has the rare front bench seat with folding arm rest. The whole interior is in great shape. Engine has been replaced with a 302 and transmission is now a highly sought after T5 5 speed trans. It also has Edelbrock intake manifold and 4 barrel carburetor, headers and aluminum Ford valve covers. This car runs and drives well. The floor pan and wheel wells are in great condition, only one small rust hole under the rear seat. I have already replaced the front coil springs and spring perches. It has 5 lug wheels which makes for easy disc brake conversion. The rear has air shocks and retro traction bars. If you are look for a great club car or resto-mod this car would make a great one. The body looks to be in good condition with little or no rust from what I can see. Someone did try to fill the rear fender seams, some filler cracked out. The dash has been cut for a modern radio, but I has a new filler plate to make that repair. The buyer is responsible for pick-up or delivery! $500 deposit required within 24 hours of end of auction.
