The engine will jump start and run no smoke/noises. Condition of the power train Engine/ 4 Speed Manual Transmission appear ok. All of the electrical systems including the Alternator will have to be reconditioned and or repaired as none of the lights or gauges work. The entire undercarriage is rust free. Vehicle will have to be hauled away and not driven as is not registered and all of its safety systems including brakes etc.. will have to be checked.
