My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very desirable 2002 Volkswagen Jetta GLX VR6 wagon with the rare 5spd manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this Jetta to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking estate. It is finished in silver over black leather with matching dark tinted windows and alloy wheels. The exterior of this car shows its age very well. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find a few blemishes and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific vehicle, there is a small spot where the front bumper is damaged right by the LF wheel. Also, please expect a few typical chips and rub marks on the bumpers. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. The 18" alloy wheels look great and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with deep tread all around. The suspension has been lowered, too. The suspension, coupled with the large alloy wheels really give this Jetta an aggressive look. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The windows are tastefully tinted, and looks to have been professionally done. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Jetta looks inside and outside. Pride in ownership shows throughout this rare Jetta wagon. I would also rate the interior of this Jetta to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. The headliner is custom, and is actually pretty cool...I like it. I don't know what it is, but I like it. The deeply bolstered leather sport seats show well and are very comfortable. Both front seats are heated, too. The power windows, locks, seat, sunroof and mirrors all work properly. The audio system has been upgraded with a Pioneer touch screen unit that probably does more than I could ever figure out. I know it has navigation as well as a CD and SD player. It also appears to be able to sync up with your phone, just don't ask me how to do it. The cargo area is spacious and clean. The original cargo cover is included, as well as a full set of floor mats. Additionally, is appears as if the tools needed to adjust the upgraded suspension are also included. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this Jetta. The climate control system is Volkswagen's optional Climatic Automatic Climate Control, which appears to be working properly. The heater works properly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The original owners manual is also included. Mechanically, this Jetta appears to be in good running and driving condition. The narrow angle VR6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for a modified car. As you may suspect, the ride is a little stiffer than a stock Jetta. From what I can tell, the suspension is made up of height adjustable coil over springs with Koni adjustable shocks. Her handling characteristics more than make up for the stiffer ride. This Jetta is a blast to drive. As you should expect with a modified suspension, the alignment isn't perfect. The steering and brakes feel good. The engine keeps perfect temperature and there have been no idiot lights on. The engine has an upgraded cold air intake as well as an upgraded exhaust. She makes great power and performs well. There have been no idiot lights on. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are crisp and precise, thanks in part to the short throw shifter. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. This rare 5spd Jetta VR6 wagon comes as a fresh new car trade from a local Volkswagen dealership and has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of August, 2016. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very desirable 2002 Volkswagen Jetta GLX VR6 wagon with the rare 5spd manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this Jetta to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking estate. It is finished in silver over black leather with matching dark tinted windows and alloy wheels. The exterior of this car shows its age very well. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find a few blemishes and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific vehicle, there is a small spot where the front bumper is damaged right by the LF wheel. Also, please expect a few typical chips and rub marks on the bumpers. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. The 18" alloy wheels look great and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with deep tread all around. The suspension has been lowered, too. The suspension, coupled with the large alloy wheels really give this Jetta an aggressive look. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The windows are tastefully tinted, and looks to have been professionally done. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Jetta looks inside and outside. Pride in ownership shows throughout this rare Jetta wagon.
I would also rate the interior of this Jetta to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean. The headliner is custom, and is actually pretty cool...I like it. I don't know what it is, but I like it. The deeply bolstered leather sport seats show well and are very comfortable. Both front seats are heated, too. The power windows, locks, seat, sunroof and mirrors all work properly. The audio system has been upgraded with a Pioneer touch screen unit that probably does more than I could ever figure out. I know it has navigation as well as a CD and SD player. It also appears to be able to sync up with your phone, just don't ask me how to do it. The cargo area is spacious and clean. The original cargo cover is included, as well as a full set of floor mats. Additionally, is appears as if the tools needed to adjust the upgraded suspension are also included. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this Jetta. The climate control system is Volkswagen's optional Climatic Automatic Climate Control, which appears to be working properly. The heater works properly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The original owners manual is also included.
Mechanically, this Jetta appears to be in good running and driving condition. The narrow angle VR6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for a modified car. As you may suspect, the ride is a little stiffer than a stock Jetta. From what I can tell, the suspension is made up of height adjustable coil over springs with Koni adjustable shocks. Her handling characteristics more than make up for the stiffer ride. This Jetta is a blast to drive. As you should expect with a modified suspension, the alignment isn't perfect. The steering and brakes feel good. The engine keeps perfect temperature and there have been no idiot lights on. The engine has an upgraded cold air intake as well as an upgraded exhaust. She makes great power and performs well. There have been no idiot lights on. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the manual transmission are crisp and precise, thanks in part to the short throw shifter. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with no complaints. This rare 5spd Jetta VR6 wagon comes as a fresh new car trade from a local Volkswagen dealership and has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of August, 2016. Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $45 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
