For sale is a CLK320 in very good condition for a car of this age. Options: Leather interior, moonroof, chrome wheels, electric seats, windows, & locks. PROS: Engine and transmission run great. I had it scanned and smog checked a couple months ago and it passed with flying colors. Interior is in very good condition with NO rips tears or stains. There is some wear as you would expect for a 16 year old car. The body is straight with no dents. CONS: AC currently not working. I'm not sure if it needs a recharge or if there's a problem with the compressor or what exactly is the problem. New compressor around $140 on ebay. While the body is straight, the paint shows its 16 years of age with some dullness and minor scratches. The hood was painted, but there is a run in the paint. The stock stereo does not work, but there is a working aftermarket stereo in the car. Registration not current (about 3 months late) so may be a small penalty if you register in California. Bottom Line. This is a very well running car with good interior, tires and brakes. It has been very reliable, and in good condition for a 16 year old car.
