1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 Pro Street. 85,493 Original Miles. Here are the details: 454 with head studs, Dyer's 6-71 Supercharger, NOS Nitrous Oxide System with its own fuel line and fuel pump, TH-400 Transmission with 3000 RPM Stall Converter, Tubbed, Caged, Fuel Cell, Narrowed Ford 9 inch rear end with 4:10 gears, 4 wheel disc brakes, Line Lock, Fiberglass hood. Interior is complete and looks to be original except for the racing seats , cage, and 5 point harnesses. Body is straight but not perfect. There are some chips and a couple spots with paint bubbles (see pics)... Per the previous owner, the paint and body was done 8 years ago and the car has been garaged for the past ten years. On Sep-15-15 at 23:33:20 PDT, seller added the following information: Added some more pictures to show some things in greater detail. Today when looking in the glove box I found the original owners manual and warranty booklet which allow me to add some more detailed and accurate information on this car. The warranty booklet shows the car was originally sold in Lowell Mass on 5-6-1970 and the Protect-O-Plate is still attached. The Protect-O-Plate verifies that this car is a true SS and NOT a clone or "tribute". This also identifies that this was originally an SS-396 Car with engine code CTW which means it was originally equipped with 402-4 350 Horsepower L34 with TH-400 Transmission. The 454 engine and 454 badging are obvious upgrades to what was originally a true SS-396 Car.
