I drove this bus almost everyday during nice weather. -1500 cc single port engine that have been regularly maintained by local VW mechanic. It Fires up the first try every time. -Transmission shifts perfectly through all gears. DOESN'T POP OUT OR GRIND OR MAKE ANY FUNNY NOICE. -Original paint was white on white (Pearl White L87) -Good brakes, pulls a little to the left. -All electrical work as it should, wiper, headlight, blinkers all works great! AFTERMARKET radio that works but unfortunately the hack the dash just a little to fit the radio -Heater works also. -Body is decent, Structural this bus is SOLID!! NOT TOO MUCH RUST, Only bad rust is on passenger side rocker and battery tray. Little bit on outriggers and small holes on front floor board. -Older paint job. -Solid frame rails. -Nice roof NO MAJOR DAMAGE! -Working aftermarket radio -Both rear corners are in fair shape with little creased on passenger side and wrinkle on driver side rear corner. -Nose is in decent shape. Emblem is missing! -All doors are functional -Z-bed, jump seat and closet, side table and overhead storage. -Standard horn button. Nice old bus that can be use immediately, daily driver, weekend cruiser, restoration project? This will be an easy project since it doesn't have too much rust. Price on these campers are going up in value and almost impossible to find one cheaper than this in same condition. Forgot to mention, More good news! All the lights work as it should Converted to 12 volt Good tires on Correct set of bus 14" rims and tires will be included with sales Clean Washington state title and its under my name and all numbers are matching with pink-slip.
