About as near new as you will find for a 41 year old survivor. Yes it has 86,000 original miles. Original paint, (with some minor fixes and polishing), original interior (with two small tears and a minor repair on front seat), original motor (with a new Weber 2 bbl), new tires and chrome rims. I purchased the car from a friend, whose parents bought it in 1975 as a one year old used car. I can document the actual miles. And yes, it was driven by a little old lady in a small Idaho town. 250 cid six with a three speed auto, AM radio that works great, heater, signals, wipers, everything works. Drives like new, I'm selling it to reduce my car collection, out of room.
