For sale is my 1922 Ford Model T Touring, purchased about a year ago and kept in storage until recently. Car is a driver, not a show car. Body is rough in places but is intact and original. Paint was done by amateur several years ago but is a 'twenty footer.' Once warmed up, visible emissions are evident from a fairly well running engine with recent rebuild on carb. New wiring, new headlight reflectors, relatively new top, upholstery and tires. A few button caps missing from font seat, some minor damage to the interior fabric of the top, and a very small crack in the corner of one of the windshield panes, but otherwise pretty straight. Minor oil leaks (what Model T doesn't), but all in all a good running car. Sold on an 'as is, where is' basis. $1,500.00 nonrefundable deposit via PayPal required within 48 hours of sale, and the balance due within 7 days of sale. All funds must clear seller's bank prior to release of the vehicle to the buyer or buyer's agent for transport. Seller can assist the transport company with loading the vehicle onto buyer's trailer, but driving Model T's onto trailers is tricky and even the most experienced Model T drivers cannot warrant that they will not have issues loading these old cars into tight spaces typically present on car haulers. Purchaser must take possession of the vehicle within 30 days of the date of sale on eBay, and if delays in picking the car up exceed 30 days, a $150.00 per month storage fee will be assessed for each month the car remains in my custody. Purchaser must carry comprehensive insurance immediately upon purchase and during storage, as seller will cancel the existing comprehensive insurance policy upon date of sale.
