I'm selling my clean and very reliable 66’ Pony coupe. California car with zero rust problems and all original body panels (DSO-71 Los Angeles). It has the original engine, auto transmission, & differential and all were rebuilt in 2013. The power-train is very healthy and the car can be used as a daily driver today. Just had the factory one barrel carburetor rebuilt last month and she starts right up and gets great gas mileage. With new suspension, power steering, and power brakes this Mustang is very easy to drive. It has a clean CA title with current registration. As I mentioned before it has all original sheet metal including floor pans, frame rails, torque boxes, trunk area, rear quarters, fenders, and doors. Car has original glass all around with no cracks and all four windows roll up and down fine. Interior looks good, recently replaced the carpet, headliner, and door panels. It was painted in 2010 and still looks very nice. The undercarriage was also media blasted and detailed. Looks a little dusty in the pics but it’s very clean. Doors open and close easy, just like factory. It has a new front grille, running horse emblem, front and rear chrome bumpers, side mirrors, antenna, and hood moldings. It also has a new exhaust system, radiator, and fuel tank. Suspension and brakes feel great and the car feels safe at any speed. It has the original 14” wheels and hubcaps with a brand new set of tires. I would say the car is about 95% finished. Here’s what it still needs; front seat covers ($200 for the set), needs a new dash speaker hooked up to the original radio, trunk area could use some detailing or a new cover, aside from these minor issues she’s in excellent shape and will surely make the new owner a very happy one =) I will have the car available for viewing by any interested party during this auction, call or message me for an appointment (714) 351-9372.
