Thanks. 2005 VW GTI with only 90k milesThis is the top of the line model in Monaco blue with gray leather interior. 1.8t engine with a 5sp manual transmission. Has the premium monsoon stereo and heated seats.I have driven the car for over 2.5 years and over 20k problem free miles. The car is sound mechanically and has recently received:new tires - also purchased the lifetime insurance with the free balance and rotation from Discount Tire.rear brakesair filter, cabin filtertiming belt and water pump was done at 80k. Major maintenance - DONE! saving you close to $2000 in service.A little history: I had the car purchased off insurance auction with minor front end damage which was repaired professionally ( relative with a body shop). Damage was under the bumper, so no frame damage. The car was inspected by DMV. I took possession, registered, insured, enjoyed. :)Took good care of it with regular Mobil 1 oil changes. The car has been solid and haven't needed any repairs, just normal wear items. The good: The car is top trim with leather, monsoon stereo system, heated seats (which are very nice to have even for Florida winters), etc... The car is stock and unmolested with low miles. With the exception of the R32 bumper.Its mechanically sound and well taken care of. Prior to getting into this car, I had a 2004 GTI for 5 years... so I know a little about these cars :)The car has been solid. Literally zero issues as long as I had it. The not so good: When I took possession of the car it had the airbag and traction control lights on... they are still on and never had any issues because of it. I had it scanned, and apparently there is some issue with reading a sensor on the driver seat belt, but the belt it self functions as it should. So no issue there. The traction control light iirc was associated with a steering angle sensor... so it may need to be reset. I didn't affect anything so I didn't bother fixing. The sunroof will tilt up but wont slide back. sounds like something is on the tracks. I didn't feel like pulling it apart to look into it. Once again, it was that way when I bought it.Headliner is starting to droop. ... i think that's about it. So all in all, nothing that really needs fixing, but if your an idealist... you may want to address those items. The time has come for me to get into a family sedan so I have to put this up for sale. :(Feel free to contact me with your questions and make me an offer.
