Economy: 23/24-26/27 MPG city/HWYThis is probably the best balanced car that BMW has ever made. The good:No Mechanical issues whatsoever! -- I would trust to drive this car anywhere without holding back on any distance. All the below are done less than 10k miles ago: Stewart performance waterpump Radiator & Hoses balljoints/bushings Control arms Very Rare and expensive - Hamann Tuning front and rear bumpers New Front and rear shocks S52 air intake replaced with M50 using a turnermotorsports kit Differential replaced with 3.91 to compensate M50 intake power loss at low rpm's. Vacuum lines Throttle boot Ignition coils Gas tank and lines Brake pads New tires A/C drier & Lines Differential replaced with 3.91 to compensate M50 intake power loss at low rpm's. Power driver seat gear Soundproofed with fat mat and anti vibration foam Front mid/ tweeters speakers - BSW. Stereo Kenwood, MP3 and USB capability Front/rear bumpers genuine Hamann fglass. Oil always Penzoil European formula 5W-40 All fluids and freon flushed new. No CEL or other lights on The bad - Cosmetic issues but nothing outrageous. As for most convertibles this age 1. Front seat covers are ripped and need to be replaced 2. Soft top is working sometimes but mostly not (I suspect rear top motor bracket is bent) Why selling? Well I have too many cars for start and then I could use some more $$ ... I welcome anyone to come and see it. The car is located in Plano/Frisco area.
