With all the Pro mod street classes popping up inspired by street outlaws I built this call to qualify for the new 618 Outlaw street classes that require a title, plates, insurance, lights and bullet race mufflers. I’ll post the specs of the motor below but bottom line, the motor’s new ( Not rebuilt), New block, heads, blower, Best of everything. Trans is a billet Glide with Trans brake. Trans has 6 passes on it since complete rebuild. Torque converter is new Pro Comp with 4500 stall. Headers were custom GP Racing headers. All components have about an hour tune time on them. Cars been tuned but has not made one pass. In the last year I've put over $40,000 into this car . This is a serious car. Basic chassis specs. 86 T-bird Glidden car. Full tube chassis 2x3 frame rails with all round tube F/C cage. All fiberglass except roof and quarters. (Hood, deck lid, front clip, doors are fiberglass.) Polished tin work. 4-link rear. Aluminum coil overs and Strange 9" rear with Moser axles, Chute, Willwood brakes. MSD 6A 2 step ignition, Holley quick fuel carbs, complete Autometer liquid filled gauges, Jazz, Hurst, Alston, Weld. Rear tires have no passes on them. Electric fuel, electric water, fans, 8.5 certified chassis, New Simpson belt, Motor FORD small block Iron Eagle 871 Blower 460 cubic inch stroker crate engine. Engine was Professionally built and blueprinted by Clements racing in Spartanburg SC. Bore is 4.125" and stroke is 4.250". Engine is built on a strong foundation with a Iron Eagle race block. Block has very thick 4 bolt main webs and thick siamese cylinder walls. Rotating assembly is Procomp with 4340 forged dual key way crankshaft and forged 4340 H-beam Procomp rods with upgraded ARP 2000 rod bolts. Pistons are forged PROBE with 30.9cc dish to keep compression low. Rings are file to fit Total Seal. Camshaft is a solid roller from Comp Cams. Engine has a cam belt drive made by Australian Muscle Parts. Cylinder heads are Race Ready AFR 225 CNC ported with 72cc combustion chambers. Heads are kept in place by ARP studs. Head gaskets are MLS style so blowouts will not be a problem. The supercharger is the new style polished billet 871 from THE BLOWER SHOP. Intake manifold runners were modified and ported to fit the AFR heads by Clements. Engine has dual 750 cfm blower carburetors from Quick Fuel set up for this engine combination. New Meziere high flow remote mount water pump and hoses, New breathers, New MSD ignition system. Boost is set at 10lbs right now with pulleys to adjust. HP as it sets will be 1100HP or a little better. I'd been waiting on the blower restrain for the car that was being made. It's not pictured but is installed on the car now.
